Team Event Serbia 2024

We are pleased to share the highlights of our recent Team Event 2024 held in the picturesque landscapes of Drvengrad, Serbia. This beautiful mountain village, known for its warm, welcoming people and stunning natural beauty, provided the perfect setting for a memorable gathering.

This event truly showcased our shared values, milestones, and the collective strength that drives us forward. We were honored to have our esteemed colleagues from Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany join us, reinforcing our commitment to #AllForOne.

Together, we overcame challenges, achieved the extraordinary, and supported each other every step of the way. This journey has been shaped by the dedication and inspiration of our remarkable team members, each bringing unique talents and a shared commitment to our collective growth.

10 Years of Excellence

This year, we proudly celebrate a decade of excellence at Consulteer Serbia. Back in 2014, we started with just 4 dedicated team members in our Zrenjanin office. Over the years, our team has grown significantly, with over 115 Consulteers across Serbia and an expanded presence with the opening of our Belgrade office in 2018 and our Novi Sad office in 2019.

In 2021, we took a significant step forward by joining forces with Fusion, a move driven by our shared values of innovation, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. This merger has strengthened our capabilities and broadened our horizons, allowing us to achieve even greater milestones.

As we look back on the past decade, we are reminded of the power of unity and are proud of a culture that thrives on the synergy of teamwork, accountability, and taking bold steps forward. The Team Event 2024 exemplified this spirit, showcasing how we practice and embody our values in real-time.

This event was not just an opportunity to celebrate our achievements but a chance to strengthen our bonds and inspire one another. By taking on challenges such as the quiz and the kayak race, our Consulteers created many memorable moments and formed connections with colleagues from different cultures – a journey worth sharing.

The Power of Team Spirit

The Quiz Challenge was a vibrant mix of fun and intellect, where teams competed on a variety of topics. This activity perfectly encapsulated our belief in being competitive yet supportive, fostering an environment of teamwork and continuous learning while having fun.

Our adventure peaked with the kayak race on the magnificent Perućac River. More than just an exciting race, it was a powerful demonstration of our determination and resilience. Together, we navigated the river’s currents, inspired each other, and built strength through mutual support.

Even on a hot summer day, we persevered through the conditions and reached our destination as a united force. We are proud of how this race tested our resilience and proved our capacity to overcome obstacles and achieve success together.

Team Event 2024 Serbia reflected our Consulteer journey and the meaningful connections we've built along the way. It was an opportunity to celebrate our shared values, experience new adventures, and learn from each other.

One of the most memorable moments of the event was the evening party where we shared the dance floor and sang in different languages. Even though we come from diverse cultures, what connects us all is the joy of these shared moments.

A special thank you goes to Đorđe Veličković, our COO Serbia and Portugal, for his vision and leadership, and to Sofija Radić, our HR Officer, and Aleksandra Joksimović, our Office Manager, for their vital roles in organization and logistics, ensuring every detail was carefully planned and executed.
